We know that attending an event with 300+ senior business leaders can be intimidating. We plan Sunday and Monday to ensure you meet great people, relax, and enjoy the experience. We have name tags and conversation starters to help you. Join Corn Hole and Jenga games for fun. BEx ambassadors are here to welcome and assist you. What do you do to protect my personal information from BD people?
We have all experienced it. It's the so-called "learning conference" that disguises a business development opportunity. We publish a list of companies attending BEx. We also include the names of people attending. This helps you set your networking goals. You have the freedom to decide who you share your contact information with.
How can I justify taking the time for a conference in the mountains?
Being a leader can be lonely and uncertain. Science tells us that setting aside time in our daily routine to engage in new ideas, connect with like-minded individuals, and recharge our energy levels is rejuvenating and energizing.

We have hosted leadership development events for 20+ years. BEx started as a small mountain retreat 10 years ago.
